Return Policy

To qualify for a return, the product must be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Important:

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or with coupon codes, as well as items from clearance sales, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only, the return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.

2. 360-Degree Video: Before opening the package, please send us a video showing the condition of the product.

If you choose the reverse pickup option, please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and all original tags are still attached.

3. Self-Ship: If we are unable to offer pickup in your area, you may ship the item back at your own cost. Please include your order number and return ID in the package.

4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

NOTE FOR RETURN:

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

• Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.

Return Process

Initiate Return: Once we approve your return request, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.

After Successfully Pick Up, You will receive one SMS/WhatsApp Message Regarding Refund processing in 2-4 Working Days. In that Message there is Mention Your Name and Refund Amount and your bank details Option is Empty. Fill that Details...and after filling it you will get your refund in the bank in next 24-48 Working Hours.
